Beacon Participates in the Labuan International Compliance Conference 2025

Beacon Global Risk Solutions Limited participated in the inaugural Labuan International Compliance Conference 2025 (LICC 2025), jointly organised by Labuan Financial Services Authority (Labuan FSA), the Industry Compliance Officer Network (CONGs), and Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS).

Held under the theme “From Rules to Values: Shaping Compliance to Confidence”, the conference brought together regulators, compliance professionals, industry players, and academics to exchange perspectives on strengthening compliance practices and supporting the continued development of the Labuan International Business and Financial Centre (Labuan IBFC).

The conference highlighted the importance of fostering a strong compliance culture, strengthening governance, and promoting collaboration across the financial services industry. Discussions also covered emerging regulatory expectations, ethical business practices, and developments in Anti-Money Laundering, Counter Financing of Terrorism, and Counter Proliferation Financing (AML/CFT/CPF).
